Frasers Property announced plans to redevelop Yishun 10 into a mixed-use development of about 110 homes over a retail podium, targeting a mid-2027 launch and 2031 completion. Yishun 10 is scheduled to cease operations on 2 March 2027. Showflat details have not been announced.
